Portal terms

Submitting a transportation request does not reserve a vehicle. GTOC reviews requests and confirms approval, vehicle assignment and the final support method.

Google Maps address suggestions are provided to help enter locations. Verify the selected address and provide building numbers or pick-up instructions separately. Suggestions do not establish installation access, vehicle access or authorization to travel.

The Google Maps Additional Terms of Service apply to use of the address suggestion service. See our privacy notice and the Google Privacy Policy for information about address searches.
